چکیده
Burns not only damage the skin barrier, but also cause a series of inflammatory reactions and oxidative stress states. Among them, elderly patients are prone to suffer severe burns due degenerative changes their caused by aging factors, such as atrophy thinning, etc. After burns, body will continuously release resulting in systemic response syndrome (SIRS) stress, which related poor treatment effect prognosis burn patients. It seems be difficult for conventional treatments control disease development effectively. Considering rapidly increasing population, it is priority understand pathological process mechanisms formulate more appropriate strategies In recent years, owing considerable advances nanotechnology, variety nanomaterials have been developed wound healing inflammation regulation. Its good biocompatibility, cell proliferation stimulation antibacterial properties make clinical strategy optimized. Concurrently, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) used field proven effective controlling level regulating immune balance, promoting vascularization. Here, this review covers classification, patients, research progress nanotechnology MSCs burns. Eventually, we summarize advantages challenges emerging expecting promote transformation. • This paper summarized discussed processes particularities focused on new therapeutic application advanced special population

In the last 15 years, there has been a significant increase in the number of researchers interested in studying Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs). MSCs are self-renewing, heterogenic, and multipotent cells that have multi-lineage potential to differentiate not only in to cell types of mesodermal origin but also other various cell lineage MSCs migrate to inflammatory tissues and apply immunosuppress...
